It's how dispatch desks use DrayGo, the drayage platform for North America: a live load board, live truck tracking with automatic stop events, a detention clock and job documents, in the same dashboard your carrier already uses.
Dispatchers work inside a carrier's DrayGo account. Your carrier adds you as a dispatcher from the dashboard, and you sign in with your own login. If you run your own fleet, sign up as a carrier and add your dispatchers there.
The load board, live tracking and documents on your carrier's jobs, notifications and the support center. Billing and company settings stay with the carrier account.
No. Drivers share their location from the DrayGo app while on a job, and arrivals and departures at pickup, delivery and empty return are logged automatically.
Dispatchers are covered by their carrier's DrayGo account. Signing up is free; paid actions use DrayChain credits at $1 each, or a subscription plan from the dashboard.
The dispatch board of port jobs, the drivers team view, Driver Express, chat with drivers, terminal appointments, Empty Return AI and Dray ELD are on the way. Everything else on this site works today.
